Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your MiniBoo order. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work for customers in Singapore, the United States and the European countries we deliver to (Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal).

14 day return window

You can request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at contact@mini-boo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps by email, including how and where to send the item back.

  • Include your order number in the email.
  • Let us know which item or items you would like to return.
  • We will reply with confirmation and instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed by email once we have reviewed your request. We aim to keep this process fair and simple for both sides.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. We will let you know by email once the refund has been issued.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items cannot be accepted for return, for example products that show signs of use beyond simple trying on or unfolding, or items that are damaged through use. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we will let you know.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@mini-boo.com. We will put this right at no cost to you, whether that means a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU / Widerrufsrecht

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This statutory right applies in addition to, and takes precedence over, the conditions above.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to contact@mini-boo.com, or by post to MINIBOO PRODUCTS S.R.L., Str. Ion Câmpineanu Nr. 17, 110118 Pitești, Romania. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the 14 days end is enough.

Effects of withdrawal. We will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal; we will email you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Deutsch: Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben.
