Shipping Policy

MiniBoo delivers across Singapore from our local warehouse, so orders reach you quickly and gently. New destinations are on the way.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery — S$4.50, free on orders over S$50. Typically 1–3 working days.
• Same-day delivery — S$11.70 for orders placed by 12pm on a working day.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier the same or next working day. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and contact number are complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
